Strategy update: June 2019

A mountain of work is going on behind the scenes here at the BioHeritage Challenge as we implement our Tranche 2 (2019–2024) Strategy.

Teams – known as Scoping Groups – have now been formed to co-design seven Strategic Outcomes (SOs) in our three impact areas: whakamana, tiaki, whakahou.

Team members have been contacted and will be attending workshops through until August. Scoping Groups will focus on Stage 1: developing an Investment Prospectus for each SO. Each Investment Prospectus will aim to incentivise cohesion and focus around priority areas, to reverse the decline of New Zealand’s biological heritage.

We’re very excited about seeing our Strategy come to life through the workshops and look forward to updating you on progress over the coming months.
